At Therapy Care Group, we provide therapeutic and everyday living supports to people with disabilities, guided by our mission to build lasting relationships. We're looking for a dedicated and reliable Rostering Coordinator to join our supportive and growing team, working across QLD and NSW.

About the role

  • You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring rosters are well-coordinated so our participants receive the highest quality support. This role will see you:
  • Coordinating and supervising individual disability supports, including training and scheduling staff
  • Assisting HR with recruitment, onboarding, and training of support workers
  • Managing and reviewing services such as domestic assistance, transport, and social supports
  • Ensuring NDIS practice standards are met across the team
  • Providing guidance to support workers and team leaders
  • Stepping in to fill shifts when required
  • Participating in a shared on-call roster for after-hours and weekend emergencies (outside your standard 25 hours per week)

What we're looking for

  • Experience in rostering, ideally within the Aged Care or Disability sector
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Confidence using rostering platforms and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities

You'll also need:

  • Current driver's license & working rights in Australia
  • Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
  • COVID-19 vaccination or valid medical exemption
