Work Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Work Rehabilitation (WR) Specialist to drive improved outcomes for our Members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Member performance to understand key gaps and offer actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver training, resources, and services to support our Members meet their obligations.
  • Build relationships with Members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Allied health qualification or extensive experience in injury management and return to work.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and facilitate effectively.
  • Prior experience in project implementation is advantageous.
