Rehabilitation and Return to Work Specialist

The successful specialist will be responsible for delivering rehabilitation and return to work support for all workplace and non-workplace injuries across NSW and the ACT.
This role offers a high degree of flexibility working from home, with regular meetings with doctors and rehabilitation providers in Western Sydney.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver rehabilitation and return to work support for injured employees and managers.
- Attend initial consultations with injured workers at local clinics.
- Coordinate communication with rehabilitation providers, insurers, and team members.
- Develop and maintain return-to-work plans.
- Assist management in building a positive rehabilitation and return to work environment.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with legislative requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on current injuries and illnesses.
- Experience in injury management, return to work, workers compensation, or occupational health and safety roles.
- Sound knowledge of injury management and workers' compensation legislation.
- Proven performance in improving return to work outcomes and reducing claims costs.
- A valid driving license.
- Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
