The Role
  • Handle guest check-ins, confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issue room keys.
  • Respond to phone calls with professionalism.
  • Process guest calls, wake-up calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Provide assistance on hotel and lounge services, as well as other information guests may require.
  • Act promptly to address guest feedback, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Take proactive measures to resolve guest complaints and monitor external comments.
About You
  • A background in Front Office operations, with experience using property management systems for check-in and check-out.
  • F&B experience is an added advantage, particularly in Food and Beverage outlets or lounges.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling clear and concise information delivery to various stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required.
  • Problem-solving ability is necessary, covering both operational and strategic areas.
  • Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
