Job Overview

Pullman Airport Hotel is a premium 5-star establishment located in the heart of Mascot Business Park. It boasts an open layout, featuring 229 rooms and suites, as well as five multifunctional spaces that can accommodate up to 200 guests.

The hotel offers a fantastic food and beverage product at its Mobius Bar & Grill, providing a relaxed environment for both internal and external guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will report to the Revenue Manager and be responsible for supervising and training Reservations Team Members to maintain high service standards.
  • Following and communicating monthly objectives to increase occupancy and revenue will be key to your success.
  • Handling incoming reservations enquiries via telephone and emails while maximising revenue opportunities is essential.
  • Coordinating group bookings, including fulfilling client requests and special needs, is a critical aspect of the role.
  • Maintaining records of special accounts and travel agency statistics is also a requirement.
  • Problem-solving systems issues and customer requests will be an integral part of your daily tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Hotel Reservations is necessary.
  • A natural problem solver with excellent communication skills is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality is essential.
  • Full working rights in Australia are necessary.
