Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Production Specialist to join our Operations Division in a maximum term role. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving strategic operational improvements across our internal teams, external business partners, and selected organizations from other industries.

Job Description:
The Toyota Production System (TPS) Specialist is responsible for promoting the Toyota Way philosophies, strengthening problem-solving skills through sharing Toyota Business Practices methodologies, and applying TPS tools. This includes delivering training, coaching, and hands-on support in shopfloor activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A degree qualification in engineering or equivalent relevant experience is desirable. Proven experience in process and production roles within a similar environment focusing on process improvement initiatives is also required. Knowledge and practical experience with the Toyota Way, Toyota Business Practices (TBP), and Toyota Production System (TPS) is highly desirable.
