About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Client Liaison to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build long-term partnerships with clients in the superannuation industry.

This position is responsible for retaining and growing a portfolio of existing clients by providing exceptional account management services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing annual engagement plans that align with strategic objectives.
  • Representing the company at industry forums to promote market position and brand awareness among clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver market-leading customer service and resolve issues promptly.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a client-facing role, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering tailored client reports that provide insights into client activities and product usage.
  • Identifying opportunities to implement or enhance existing products and services for clients.
  • Delivering workplace education and engagement programs to members.
Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • RG 146 compliance (Highly regarded).
  • Experience in a client-facing role in the Australian superannuation industry.
  • Able to build long-term client partnerships.
  • Keen to expand on existing skills that will develop into effective account management.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence business stakeholders at all levels.
