Room Leaders and Deputy Coordinators Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate 2IC and Room Leader to oversee the daily operations of our early childhood setting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Childhood Education and Care, with experience working as a Room Leader in an educational environment.
About the Role- Lead a team of experienced Educators, ensuring adherence to policy and procedures.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Children's Program, reflecting the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for staff and children, with particular attention to children with allergies and medical conditions.
- Accurately record incidents, injuries, illnesses, and medication administration.
- Liaise with families on daily happenings and maintain observations and records of individual children's progress.
- A minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent).
- Significant experience working as a Room Leader in an educational setting.
- A valid Working with Children Check.
- A First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- An excellent understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment.
- A strong understanding of the importance of family communications.
