Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join our team. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in developing and managing our Program Management Office (PMO). This position requires someone with strong leadership skills, who can effectively manage multiple project streams and collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization.

The successful candidate will have experience in program management practices, processes, and governance. You will be responsible for leading a team to deliver projects, maintaining stakeholder relationships through effective communication, and developing and implementing program governance and resources.

In this role, you will champion a culture of delivery excellence by fostering teamwork, transparency, and decision-making at pace. You will also assist in the management of program milestones and dependencies, escalating risks and issues to ensure smooth resolution.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering in multi-disciplinary teams, who is passionate about social change and creating an organization of influence for the most disadvantaged.
