About the Role

We're seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the development of our global fundraising and community platform. This role has a direct impact on funding life-saving health programs, and every line of code written will benefit men's health initiatives worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage technical expertise to empower developers, turning good into great through pair programming and code reviews.
  • Balance short-term needs with long-term sustainability, thinking 6-12 months ahead.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to translate donor-experience visions into technical reality.
Technical Requirements
  • 8+ years software development experience, including senior/lead roles.
  • 5+ years full-stack development, including Node.js, React, JavaScript, TypeScript.
  • Proven experience in high-traffic web platforms, large-scale systems, and AWS cloud platform.
