Job Title

A Consultant or Senior Consultant position is available to join a thriving Rewards team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing solutions and solving problems for clients across performance, rewards, and transactions.
  • Contributing to the delivery of reward-related projects, including designing new long-term incentives, working through remuneration implications, and supporting clients with job architecture and salary banding.
  • Growing the team through coaching and developing team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of and ability to design remuneration structures, including incentive programs, across local, regional, and international jurisdictions.
  • Experience in remuneration for organizations that are transacting, such as mergers and acquisitions.
  • Ability to manage own workload and at times, workload of junior team members.
