About the role

Sunnyday Carers is seeking an experienced and motivated NDIS Plan & Claim Officer to join our team in Bella Vista. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting our participants and contributing to the growth of our organisation within the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end processing of NDIS claims, including service bookings and payment requests.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and internal policies.
  • Liaise with participants, families, and support coordinators to clarify plan usage and claim-related queries.
  • Monitor funding allocations and track budget utilisation.
  • Assist with reporting, audits, and internal financial reconciliation.
  • Support the management team in streamlining processes and identifying growth opportunities.
About You
  • Previous experience in NDIS claims processing, finance, or administration (essential).
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS Price Guide and payment processes.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with participants and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and NDIS platforms (e.g., PRODA, Caremaster or similar).
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently.
