Technical Support Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide remote and occasional onsite support to customers nationwide. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Problem Solving: Collaborate with solutions experts to maintain best practice environments and address complex challenges.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Support and maintain cloud infrastructure across Hyper-V, AWS, and Azure platforms.
  • Project Deployment: Participate in project teams to deploy and manage IT solutions for clients.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document and log actions and solutions for accountability and future reference.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall.
  • Outstanding spoken and written English communication.
  • Deep understanding of Windows Server, desktop, and Azure AD/GPO/DNS/DHCP.
  • Experience working with Exchange Hybrid, On-prem, and Office 365.
  • Experience with Hyper-V and other virtualization solutions.

This role requires extensive experience and skills in technical infrastructure management and problem solving. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional customer support and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements.
