We are seeking an experienced professional who has successfully deployed major IT systems, preferably those that support investment teams. While experience with Aladdin or eFront is highly valued, it's not necessarily required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Aladdin and eFront systems.
  • Drive the adoption of these systems across the business, collaborating with Infrastructure Portfolio Management to educate them on best practices.
  • Consult with executive and GM-level stakeholders to continuously develop and enhance the Aladdin/eFront platform.
  • Maintain a high level of understanding of the company's infrastructure investments, industry funds, and broader superannuation sectors.

Requirements:

  • Financial systems implementation experience, preferably with knowledge of Aladdin and/or eFront.
  • Power BI or Tableau skills.
  • Financial markets/investment experience is viewed favorably, especially with knowledge of private asset classes and foreign exchange products.
  • Understanding of funds management businesses (across multiple business units), preferably with some exposure to unlisted asset classes.
  • Business acumen, understanding of financial metrics, and key performance drivers.
