About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to fill an exciting opportunity as a Trainee Educator.

Your Impact

You will be dedicated to providing high-quality education and care for children aged 0-5 years. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Complying with National Quality Standards (NQS) and relevant policies
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Actively contributing to the education program and centre team
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Have the willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • Hold a permanent right to work in Australia
  • Have good time management and organisational skills
  • Be able to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Exhibit enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards early years education
