Job Overview

As an Educator, you will be part of a collaborative team working together to deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of all children.

  • You will work closely with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to develop and implement engaging learning experiences that promote children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
  • You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our educational programs by providing constructive feedback and suggestions.
Key Responsibilities

As an Educator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with colleagues to plan and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
  • Observing and assessing children's learning and development, and using this information to inform program planning and delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contributing to the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes children's well-being and encourages their participation and engagement.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional learning and development, with a focus on improving practice and achieving excellent outcomes for children.
