Trainee Educator Job

We are seeking a Trainee Educator to join our team in Early Childhood Education.

Your Role:

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and colleagues
  • Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies
  • Foster strong relationships with children and families
  • Contribute to the education program in the room and centre team
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
  • Enhance professional development and teamwork

Eligibility Criteria:

  • No previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside secondary school within 7 years
  • A permanent right to work in Australia
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and positive attitude
  • Flexible availability
  • Interest in early years education
  • Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Immunisation records
