Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Country Manager to spearhead our commercial entry into the Australian market.

This sales-led role requires building pipelines, closing deals, and establishing an early customer base while shaping our positioning and ecosystem locally.

The ideal candidate will work closely with global sales and product teams to ensure success in the market and lay the groundwork for future growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage executive-level relationships with AML consultants, resellers, and integration partners as channel and lead-gen engines.
  • Adapt messaging and product positioning alongside marketing for the Australian market, ensuring we tell the right story to the right audiences in the right way.
  • Establish additional strategic partnerships across the ecosystem to accelerate awareness and trust.
  • Take accountability for go-lives, ensure early customer success, and manage ongoing relationships with strategic customers.
  • Capture and analyze win/loss reasons, customer feedback, and usage insights from across the team, serving as the primary conduit to leadership and Product to sharpen our go-to-market and product-market fit.
About You
  • A proven SaaS leader with a track record of winning new business in professional services or regulated markets.
  • A hands-on closer, comfortable driving the full sales cycle - from hunting to contracting to account management.
  • Skilled in building early-market ecosystems: consultants, resellers, integration partners.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, with the ability to adapt global positioning to local context.
  • Commercially curious: able to uncover why deals are won or lost, and turn those insights into sharper execution.
