Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to promoting our Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Parramatta? We're looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist to be part of our Communications & Engagement Directorate.

**As a key member in our Marketing team, you will**:

- Provide strategic marketing advice to build and implement marketing communications and campaigns in line with business needs, including in regard to digital marketing, SEO and website
- Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate the implementation of multi channel advertising campaigns
- Evaluate and analyse data to ensure the effectiveness and optimisation of marketing communications activities and projects including suggesting and implementing improvements
- Write copy for and proof promotional materials, advertising and campaigns
- Collaborate with team members to upskill and equip relevant school staff on contemporary marketing practices, strategies and with promotional and reputational management tools
- Provide support to the Marketing Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing or Digital Communications field
- Minimum four years of marketing/digital experience, preferably in an education or community setting
- Proven track record in developing successful campaigns and achieving goals
- Demonstrated understanding of a variety of marketing platforms, including digital marketing
- Ability to create, implement, and review effective marketing plans
- Creative thinker in a process-oriented environment
- Proficient in gathering and analysing data to inform marketing strategies
- Skilled in managing collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including school principals and media agencies
- Service-oriented and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Capable of efficiently and effectively managing multiple tasks and competing priorities, and meeting tight deadlines
