Job Title: Market Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our team in Sydney, AU. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth across the assigned territory through market expansion, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key customers within your territory, identifying new sales opportunities and negotiating supply agreements
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and communicating product benefits
  • Pursue continuous improvement in customer service, building collaborative relationships with customers, colleagues, and internal departments
  • Negotiate sales effectively and develop internal/external customer relationships
  • Utilize effective communication skills to engage stakeholders and gain buy-in
Requirements:
  • Sales experience or desire to start a career in sales; previous gas sales advantageous but full training will be provided
  • Strong collaborator with negotiation skills, computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SAP, and CRM's
  • Hold a current driver's License - essential
