About This Role

We are seeking an accomplished Cloud Architect to drive our cloud strategy and spearhead digital transformation initiatives.

This key position will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions that enhance business agility and efficiency.

The successful candidate will possess a strong engineering background, proficiency in AWS EC2, Docker, Python, and CI/CD tools, as well as experience with source control systems like GitHub.

As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows, scripting with Python to automate tasks, and creating documentation related to DevOps processes.

You will also contribute to the maintenance and improvement of automation scripts in our CI/CD infrastructure.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 6 years of experience as a software developer, with a strong focus on engineering skills. Additionally, you should be proficient in instrumentation and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure CI/CD pipelines using AWS EC2, Docker, and Python to automate tasks and enhance productivity.
  • Manage source control systems using GitHub, including branching, integration, and merging techniques.
  • Script using Python to automate tasks and enhance productivity.
  • Create documentation related to DevOps processes and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Maintain automation scripts in the CI/CD infrastructure.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience as a software developer with strong engineering skills.
  • Proficiency in AWS EC2, Docker, Python, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Artifactory, Octopus Deploy or equivalents).
  • Instrumentation & Observability Tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics (Optional).
Nice to Have
  • Ab Initio ETL Experience.
  • Java with React.
