**Job Description/Responsibilities**:
**Job Summary**: As the Citrix Partner & Commercial Account Technical Strategist you will serve as a technical expert and a key contributor to the Partner & Sales Account team, working closely with partners & customers to understand their business requirements and proposing Citrix solutions that address their challenges. This role involves collaboration with partners, citric partner account mangers, Citrix Sales & Renewal Teams, product managers, and technical support teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
**Responsibilities**:
**Technical Expertise**:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Citrix products and solutions, including virtualization, networking, cloud computing, and related technologies.
- Stay updated on the latest Citrix product releases, features, and industry trends.
**Pre-Sales Support**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer requirements.
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase Citrix solutions to potential clients.
**Solution Design**:
- Work closely with clients to design tailored Citrix-based solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations on product configurations to meet customer needs.
**Proposal Development**:
- Assist in the creation of detailed proposals, including technical specifications, project timelines, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling value propositions for Citrix solutions.
**Customer Education**:
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of Citrix products, addressing any technical concerns or questions.
- Provide training sessions and workshops to ensure customers can effectively use and maintain Citrix solutions.
**Post-Sales Support**:
- Collaborate with the post-sales and technical support teams to ensure smooth implementation and resolution of any technical issues.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional Citrix products.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).
- Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role.
- Strong understanding of Citrix products and solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Citrix Certified Associate, Citrix Certified Professional) are a plus.
