Job Overview

The role of Assistant Strata Manager is integral to the delivery of professional strata management services to clients.

This position involves working closely with customer care teams and centres of expertise, requiring effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Strata Managers in delivering Body Corporate Management Agreements by building knowledge and experience in strata management.
  • Assist with repairs, maintenance, levies, meetings, compliance, and insurance-related tasks to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Engage with committee members via email or phone to provide information and handle situations related to building schemes, promoting a proactive approach to client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents related to building schemes within a document management system, ensuring easy access and reference.
  • Prepare and update meeting records and documents using a digital document transaction system, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A friendly and proactive attitude, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Relevant experience in property management, strata/body corporate, or real estate, although not essential.
  • Strong administration skills and experience with Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to problem-solve and build strong relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
