Strata Receivables Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to join our team.
Job Summary:
- This role involves providing comprehensive support to Owners Corporations, focusing on accounts receivable and strata management;
- Process change of ownerships, including welcome letters to new clients;
- Prepare arrears collection reports for committee and Annual General Meetings;
- Complete receipting, bulk serviced apartment operator payment receipting allocations, and bank reconciliations daily;
- Issue levy notices as required and assist with follow-up on outstanding levies;
- Provide administrative support to a senior person in strata and community title management;
- Assist in the preparation and tendering of Strata/Community Title service agreements;
- Organize and conduct strata management meetings, attend AGMs, and take minutes when required;
- Arrange repairs and maintenance, tender service contracts, and collect property information and reports.
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
- Time management and self-organization skills;
- Basic accounting knowledge to understand financial reports;
- A passion for building and maintaining relationships;
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn new systems and procedures.
