Business Services Director

The Business Services Manager will lead the office-based customer service team and enable the sales and operations teams in the field. This role is responsible for the effective day-to-day management and development of the customer service teams, including recruitment, training, management, and monitoring of their activity to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Display the ambition and focus required to achieve goals and objectives in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Provide practical support and encourage long-term development of others to build capability.
- Gives practical training, support, or assistance through actions and/or directions.
- Shows ability to gather and make sense of large amounts of information and apply it to make business and customer-focused decisions.
- Build relationships and collaborate with other heads of departments.
- Communicate expectations and direction, inspire others to achieve objectives, and hold them accountable to high standards of performance.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Packages.
- Basic OH&S – Work Site Safety.
- At least 3 years of proven customer service skills, sales experience, and leadership ability.
- Experience in a services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- A love of Plants is a plus.
