Join Our Team as Associate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our team at ROC Consulting. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a talented team, managing client relationships, and providing expert advisory and compliance services in business services.

About the Role

  • Supervise and mentor a team of professionals to ensure exceptional client service and high-quality work
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention
  • Provide expert advisory and compliance services in business services, including taxation, accounting, and audit
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business strategy and growth

About You

  • CA/CPA qualification with 8+ years of experience in Australian Public Practice
  • Excellent technical tax ability and strong analytical skills
  • Proven experience in supervising and mentoring staff, with a track record of developing and retaining top talent
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
