Construction Cleaners

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to provide an exceptional cleaning service to the site amenities areas on a construction site in Nowra.

You must live locally and have the ability to work early mornings from 6:00am across Monday - Friday (8 hour shift).

This position includes cleaning and maintaining all the site amenities areas on a construction site, including; builders site office, lunch rooms, toilets, change rooms, communal areas and all other associated amenities, ensuring that all workers on site occupy a safe, clean and healthy environment each day.

You will be friendly and professional, reliable and punctual, take pride in your work with an eye for detail and have previous cleaning experience (preferably in a similar role in construction cleaning or in commercial/office cleaning).

**Tasks include**:

- General cleaning across all amenities; such as cleaning & disinfecting, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, glass/window cleaning etc.
- Cleaning and disinfecting all toilets, urinals & sinks
- Cleaning and maintaining lunch rooms & kitchen areas plus electrical appliances
- Rubbish disposal to designated areas
- Monitoring and maintain inventory levels, chemicals and equipment
- Replenishing all dispensable items such as hand towels, toilet rolls, soap/dispenser
- Ensure all areas occupied are clean and tidy to the highest standard
- Complete specified tasks daily & conduct quality checks of all areas
- Ensuring all cleaning equipment is clean, maintained & securely stored
- Working independently in a safe and professional manner
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and WH&S policies
- Adherence to construction site protocols and safety requirements

**Skills & Experience**:

- Must have a construction White Card
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Previous experience in a similar role essential (either construction cleaning or commercial/office cleaning)
- Knowledge of workplace health & safety (WH&S) practices (training will be provided)
- Able to deliver consistent high-quality cleaning & attention to detail
- Professional manner with good communication skills
- Positive, can do attitude and strong work ethic
- Committed, punctual and reliable
- Strives to always provide outstanding service
