Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled workers to join our construction projects in various locations. These projects involve both civil and commercial construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to site managers and supervisors in the execution of construction projects
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment on site
  • Operate hand and power tools as required for the project
  • Participate in team meetings and discussions to ensure effective communication and task allocation
  • Be available to start work immediately and commit to working long hours when necessary
  • Hold a current driver's license and have access to reliable transportation
  • Comply with all relevant safety regulations and codes of practice
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by site managers or supervisors

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience working in a similar role within civil or commercial construction
  • Previous skills in landscaping, concreting, carpentry, or residential works
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
  • Excellent physical fitness level capable of lifting up to 25kg
  • Able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Self-motivated and punctual with excellent time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Holding a WHS white card
  • Any additional tickets or qualifications that demonstrate a high level of skill and expertise
