Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as a Negotiation Specialist. As a Negotiation Specialist, you will be responsible for meeting individual and team sales targets for both new business and aftermarket sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selling vehicle leases through various lead sources
  • Upselling and cross-selling Novated products and services via inbound leads
  • Managing accurate records of sales activities within the CRM and reporting all revenue within required timeframes
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a Sales role, preferably within a Motor Vehicle Leasing or Financial Services environment
  2. Proven strong sales and presentation skills, with high levels of verbal and written communication and service skills
  3. Ability to build rapport quickly and engage with customers, effectively communicating and convincing them to pursue opportunities
