About the Role

The Arnott's Group is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our fast-paced finance team. As a key member of the Commercial Finance Team, you will be responsible for business partnering with key Sales and Marketing stakeholders across the organization to drive insights that improve business performance and go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the organization's financial stability and integrity.
  • Collaborate with the IBP cycle team to drive performance and optimize revenue and trade spend outcomes.
  • Review and implement opportunities to improve business processes, systems, and reporting to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a commercial or financial role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • CA or CPA qualification, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Ambitious and career-driven individual with a passion for driving business growth and improvement.
