
Senior Business Growth Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth and expansion through the identification, development, and management of key relationships with accredited specialist Equipment Finance brokers.
This position requires a results-driven professional who can leverage their expertise in sales, marketing, and relationship-building to deliver exceptional outcomes and exceed targets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize share of wallet opportunities with key brokers;
- Convert strategically aligned brokers from prospects to accredited partners;
- Promote Coex Capital's value proposition and differentiation to address broker objections;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services and meet broker expectations;
- Maintain a strong awareness of industry trends and stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements;
- Delivery of financial and non-financial key performance indicators which are monitored monthly;
