About the Role

We're seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to join our Customer Engagement & Retention team. This role will focus on developing and executing lifecycle campaigns, working closely with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development: Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that drive business results, leveraging CRM platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, copywriting, and content teams to deliver high-quality campaign assets.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data requirements and support campaign execution aligned with platform capabilities, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to Braze superusers and the Content team on platform best practices, promoting effective use of marketing automation tools.
Requirements:
  • Marketing Automation: Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Project Management: Basic project management skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate across stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a curious and agile mindset.
