About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Team Lead to join our team at Ingenia Communities. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Front Office team in providing excellent customer service and administrative support
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and efficient operations
  • Assist guests and residents with all queries and requests
  • Register any issues in terms of housekeeping, maintenance, office, common areas etc.
  • Conduct site tours with prospective guests/residents
  • Use computer programs and MS Office to maintain databases in relation to guests and residents

  • Demonstrated experience leading a team
  • Confident in decision making and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive team player
