Resource Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Resource Coordinator to support our operations at the National Operations Centre (NOC). In this role, you will play a pivotal part in coordinating the forward planning of rosters and operational deployments.

Your efforts will enable seamless operations and exceptional service delivery for a network of Security Officers and Customers.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Planning: Proactively identify and address resource shortfalls by publishing national rosters 2–4 weeks in advance.
  • Roster Management: Maintain and update permanent rosters in the system, including changes to deployments.
