Responsibilities
  • Meet and register owners and guests
  • Offer information on local attractions and amenities
  • Complete all departmental paperwork accurately
  • Utilize communication equipment, including phones, fax machines, and computers
  • Engage with guests to generate sales appointments for our resort locations and livestream services
  • Establish rapport and build relationships with customers to deliver a personalized experience
  • Collaborate closely with the resort operations team to provide exceptional service and ensure a smooth check-in process
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of traveling within our community
  • Achieve targets and key performance indicators set by the business
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • High standards of presentation and grooming
  • Strong computer literacy and technical skills
  • Previous experience with property management systems advantageous
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively
