Job Title:

Guest Experience Ambassador

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Guest Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the stay of our guests by providing exceptional service and ensuring seamless operations.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for customer service, and a strong ability to work as part of a dynamic team. They will be responsible for greeting and registering of owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions, and using all communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles, and computers.

As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to meet with guests face-to-face, generate sales appointments for our sales centers, and build rapport with customers to deliver an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Greet and register owners and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival experience.
  • Use all communication equipment to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Meet with guests to discuss their stay and provide personalized recommendations for local attractions and activities.
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to ensure seamless transitions for owners and guests through the check-in process.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community, highlighting the unique experiences and opportunities available.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the success of the business.
  • High levels of computer literacy, with proficiency in PMS systems (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
