The Role You'll Shine In

  • Enhance our guests' stay by providing exceptional service and ensuring seamless operations at the front desk.
  • Deliver outstanding communication skills and empathy to build rapport with customers and generate sales appointments.
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community and meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have previous experience within a similar hotel position or related field.
  • Display genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
  • Be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual with immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • Have high levels of computer literacy and ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
