Property Finance Analyst Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and high-performing environment, contributing to all asset management finance activities.

  • Delivering high-quality financial and management reporting is a key aspect of this role. You will be responsible for providing accurate, timely, and insightful information to support decision-making and ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse asset portfolio, using analytical skills and attention to detail to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You will prepare month-end journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly management reports with variance analysis, as well as liaise with external managers and support statutory disclosures.

About the Position

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position, reporting to the Portfolio Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree (Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent) and CA/CPA qualification or be studying towards it.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong Microsoft Excel skills is required.
