Role: Asset Finance SME – Australia (Temenos Engagement)

We're looking for an
Asset Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME)
to join an upcoming Temenos-led engagement in Australia. This role is ideal for someone with strong domain expertise in asset finance, hands-on experience with Temenos, and a proven track record in delivering core banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Domain Expertise:
    Strong background in Asset Finance within the Australian financial services industry, including knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and lending practices.
  • Temenos Product Knowledge:
    Hands-on experience with Temenos Transact is highly desirable. Previous involvement in Temenos implementations or upgrades is a strong plus.
  • Project Delivery:
    Ability to lead or support end-to-end delivery of Asset Finance solutions, covering requirements gathering, gap analysis, build, testing, and implementation. Experience in core banking implementations is essential.
  • Client Engagement:
    Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise with both business and technical stakeholders. Prior client-facing experience in Australia is preferred.
  • Solution Design & Fit-Gap Analysis:
    Skilled in conducting fit-gap assessments and contributing to solution design workshops. Able to identify dependencies and articulate feature gaps across L1 and L2 layers.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across distributed teams and contribute to strategic roadmap and implementation discussions.
  • Location & Availability:
    Must be based in Australia (or willing to relocate). Immediate availability is preferred, as the engagement is expected to kick off in late October.
