The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Asset Finance Professional to join our Sydney team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and individuals to structure tailored finance solutions for vehicles, equipment, machinery, and other assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and securing asset finance deals across various industries.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with lenders, clients, and referral partners.
  • Assessing client needs and recommending appropriate finance solutions.
  • Staying updated on market trends, lender policies, and industry regulations.
  • Meting sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in asset finance broking.
  • Holding a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of asset finance products.
  • Existing relationships with lenders and a solid track record of settlements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
