Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage conference logistics with direct responsibility for exhibitor fulfillment and delivery\
  • Analyze data to develop metrics-driven exhibitor retention and attendee engagement strategy\
  • Manage online client-facing portal for exhibitors\
  • Partner with leadership team on projects to provide feedback and maximize output\
  • Liaise with key conference partners and team members to ensure successful conference execution\
  • Achieve operational excellence and execute conferences on time and with great attention to detail\
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gartner's conference business and value proposition\
  • Standardize operational processes and best practices\
