Job OverviewThe role of Data Coordinator presents a compelling opportunity to join our team and contribute to the management of employee data.

This position is based at our Head Office in the Perth CBD, providing a chance to work closely with our P&C Systems & Analytics Team.

As a Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining employee data in SAP HCM. You will troubleshoot any SAP HCM queries and issues, including those related to Employee Lifecycle Management (ELM) processes.

You will also ensure compliance with data privacy requirements and implement data quality controls to minimize errors and discrepancies.

In addition, you will manage the HR inbox, triaging and prioritizing queries across P&C, and provide ad hoc administrative support as needed.

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or similar qualification OR equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in data management or a similar field, with familiarity with different platforms and data reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to think systemically and approach problems from a holistic perspective.
