About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Contract Administrator to join our team in Tamworth. As an Australian, family-owned construction company, we prioritize long-term relationships and partner success.

The successful candidate will provide end-to-end subcontractor contract administration for projects, including cost management, head contract risk assessment, and variation preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage head and subcontracts on government building projects
  • Lead subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built-form projects
  • Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules
  • Process claims and variations, and demonstrate understanding of construction practices
Requirements
  • Senior and mid-level construction/building contract/commercial management skill set
  • Industry-relevant degree qualification and familiarity with Contract Law principles
  • Confident and collaborative communicator, self-motivated and process appreciative
