Role Summary

You'll work closely with our experienced Commercial leadership team to provide end-to-end subcontractor contract administration on a project basis. This includes:

  • Cost and head contract management
  • Establishing appropriate management plans in line with head contract risk and opportunities
  • Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules across multiple trades throughout the project lifecycle
  • Managing progress claims and variations
  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of construction practices, sequencing methodologies, and value engineering principles
  • Providing cost and project reporting via CHEOPS and Aconex – training will be provided

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll require:

  • A senior and mid-level construction/building contract/commercial management skill set, with experience managing head and subcontracts on government building projects
  • A demonstrated ability to lead subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built-form projects
  • An industry-relevant degree qualification
  • Familiarity with Contract Law principles and construction-specific Acts, codes, and Regulations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes
  • Appreciation for processes and systems
