Job Title:

Project Executive – Coatings, Insulation & Fireproofing

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Executive to lead and coordinate our ongoing work with clients in construction sectors.

This is a rotational role.

About the Role:
  • Oversee coatings, insulation, and fireproofing workflows and project execution
  • Coordinate resources, planning, and scheduling
  • Support health, safety, and environmental compliance and team mentoring
  • Liaise with clients and lead site communications
  • Drive innovation, quality, and team performance
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction for projects and teams to achieve business objectives
  2. Coatings, Insulation & Fireproofing Expertise: Utilize strong knowledge of coatings, insulation, and fireproofing to oversee workflow and project execution
  3. Resource Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate resources and develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure successful project delivery
  4. HSE Compliance and Team Mentoring: Support health, safety, and environmental compliance and provide coaching and mentoring to team members
  5. Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' management experience in industrial or construction environments
  • Strong knowledge of coatings, insulation, and fireproofing
  • AMPP/NACE 2 or ICORR Level 2 certification
  • Confident with project planning tools (Excel, Word, SAP, MS Project)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
