In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet client expectations and project deadlines. You will prepare project schedules, execution plans, and quality plans to ensure seamless project delivery and adherence to client requirements. As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, you will foster strong relationships built on trust and reliability.

You will understand client needs, objectives, and challenges, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions. You will also proactively anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits will be conducted to maintain engagement and gather feedback.

Agreement KPIs will be developed, maintained, and reported on, including organizing specific activities such as graduate programs and employee engagement workshops required by the Agreements. New business opportunities within existing accounts and target markets will be identified and pursued, collaborating with the sales/project/engineering teams to prepare proposals.

Compliance with all company policies and procedures related to Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) will be ensured, promoting zero harm and environmental sustainability in all projects. Training, coaching, and mentoring to co-workers will be provided while maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project status using CRM software.
