Job Title: Executive Project Lead

Opportunity Overview:

This role entails the successful execution and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion within quality and safety frameworks. Key objectives include cost-effective project execution in accordance with contract technical specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure predictable fulfillment of planned activities with efficient utilization of available resources.
  • Establish, maintain, and improve customer satisfaction by setting clear expectations and providing value in accordance with contract technical specifications.
  • Effectively communicate relevant information to customers and other stakeholders in a timely manner to achieve desired understanding.
  • Manage scope, including the collection and management of all project's technical issues, whether just a question, a change, or a claim, with associated negotiations and approvals.
  • Identify, contain, and reduce risk, ensuring that all opportunities for customer satisfaction, gross margin improvement, and/or project growth are captured and acted upon.
  • Safely obtain necessary services, materials, and equipment from external and internal suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Hold an engineering degree in Electrical (or recognized equivalent).
  • Strong experience in managing scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors.
  • Good exposure in managing projects, ideally complex projects and different contractual types.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including SAP, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Outlook, and Visio.
  • Demonstrated commercial understanding, proactive, highly organized, influencing, and engaging skills to achieve notable outcomes.
