- Repairing, assembling, and testing Caterpillar machinery such as Graders, Dozers, Medium Vehicles and Pumps
- Servicing and diagnosing Caterpillar machinery such as Graders, Dozers, Medium Vehicles and Pumps
- Proven experience in fault finding and maintaining diesel and hydraulic systems
- Product knowledge in Caterpillar heavy mobile mining equipment is desirable
- Fostering a culture of safety and technical growth within the work environment
- Relevant diesel trade qualification and commitment to ongoing training
- A proven track record of prioritizing safety
- The ability to promote teamwork and collaboration among colleagues
- Previous experience with CAT machinery and diagnostic systems is advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and exhibit high levels of initiative
- Demonstrated experience working with heavy plant and equipment
- Forklift and dogging certifications are preferred but not essential
