About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Marketing Leader to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, increase market share, and position our aquatic and fitness centres as leading destinations in the City.

Job Description:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that generate brand awareness and drive lead generation across all programs and services.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including product leads, designers, and agency partners to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Manage the strategy, creative production, and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring high standards across all creative assets, including digital content and advertising materials.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in a marketing role within a large, complex organization, preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry.
  • Extensive experience in developing innovative and highly creative B2C marketing campaign ideas, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and achieve high ROI, with strong analytical skills and the ability to decipher complex inputs to create a unified direction.
  • Strong leadership skills with a history of strategic marketing achievements, including experience in managing a small marketing team and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, with current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2), CPR Certificate, Working with Children Check, and National Police Check.
