Superannuation Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused professional to maintain accurate and timely information for members, employers and advisers regarding superannuation accounts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating and acting as a point of contact with internal and external stakeholders to verify and confirm data provided. Additionally, they will need to maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, scheme rules, processes and practices.

The successful candidate will also be expected to suggest changes to business processes to improve processing efficiencies and team cooperation.

Key requirements include:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the superannuation industry and relevant legislation;
  • Problem-solving skills and high attention to detail;
  • Effective communication and customer service skills;
  • RG146 qualification or aptitude and willingness to complete certification;
